From Specification Review to Shipment
- Specification review: confirm the standard or drawing, dimensions, tolerances, thread details and application.
- Material and finish: choose only from materials and coatings that the factory has confirmed for the order.
- Sample or first-piece approval: use agreed inspection criteria before volume production when required.
- Production and inspection: record critical dimensions, appearance and other agreed quality points.
- Packaging and export: confirm quantity per bag or carton, labels, pallet requirements and shipping marks before dispatch.
This process is especially important for custom or high strength fasteners because a similar-looking bolt may not be interchangeable when thread length, property class, coating thickness or mating-part geometry changes.
